End Your Practice With Relaxation and Meditation
When your chosen class comes to an end, don’t leave just yet. Instructors often play live music like sound bowls, chimes, or hand pans while students end their practice with a meditation pose. You’ll also have your choice of a cool lavender towel or lavender eye pillow following your practice to help you further unwind and relax.
A Variety of Classes to Choose From
Our teachers specialize in a variety of forms of yoga, and we offer classes to fit every student’s unique needs and goals. Our yoga class options include:
- Power Yoga: A fast-paced style of yoga that challenges the body and promotes detoxification and flexibility.
- Restore: Designed with self-care in mind, this class will help to rest and lengthen your muscles, healing them from the inside out.

Our Mat Pilates class is designed to help you stretch and strengthen your entire body, from head to toe. You’ll move through various poses and exercises while keeping your core muscles tight and focused. Students will feel the results of their hard work after just one class.
Sun Rock Yoga Studio also offers Pilates Reformer, a traditional piece of Pilates equipment designed to help you more effectively work your muscles and build strength while working through each pilates move. You can book a Pilates Reformer private or duet class at any time!
Similarly, our Barre classes are designed to help you strengthen your body, but with a focus on individual muscle groups. You’ll use small, specific, and focused movements to target those muscle groups. You’ll tone and reshape your body while improving your overall strength. The moves in this class may look delicate, but the sore muscles that you’ll experience afterward are an attribute to the challenge of this great workout.
