Hello, I am Sadie, I started practicing yoga in 2012 after battling recurring running injuries. Yoga was the maintenance my body was missing, and I immediately knew I wanted to teach yoga to others. The stars finally aligned in 2019 and I completed my 200-hour power flow teacher training through ChandaYoga. I believe there is an energy that connects our minds, bodies, and spirits to the world around us and yoga is how I explore this energy. I am excited to help you discover and expand your yoga practice, namaste.
Hi! I’m Camille. I’m here to introduce you to yoga and a wholehearted way of living your life. Teaching loving, down-to-earth people is what I do best. I’ve been a student of yoga since 2013. Yoga helps me stretch my soul creatively, feel love for the world we live in, and has brought lifelong friendships into my life. I want these things for you and am excited to be able to share the blessing of yoga with all my students. I’ve traveled to Indonesia for the past several years to study Mysore Ashtanga with Prem and Radha Carlisle who are direct students of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. I love Ashtanga yoga, it teaches me the discipline, strength, and flexibility I need to better my vinyasa and restorative practices as well as better my life.
See you on your mat! xoxo + Namaste
