Hello, I am Sadie, I started practicing yoga in 2012 after battling recurring running injuries. Yoga was the maintenance my body was missing, and I immediately knew I wanted to teach yoga to others. The stars finally aligned in 2019 and I completed my 200-hour power flow teacher training through ChandaYoga. I believe there is an energy that connects our minds, bodies, and spirits to the world around us and yoga is how I explore this energy. I am excited to help you discover and expand your yoga practice, namaste.

Hi my name is Tessa!
I originally started practicing yoga in college to help me in long-distance running. Then life got busy… I fell back in love with the practice during the pandemic and while I was taking a break from being a medical provider to move to Southern Utah and be more present with my kids. Yoga has helped me be a better mother and surprisingly helped me recover from some spinal nerve injuries. I became certified to teach and started teaching at Sun Rock in the summer of 2022. I appreciate the opportunity to help others use yoga in their own lives for physical, mental and spiritual healing.
