Meet JoLynn
JoLynn, originally of Bountiful, Utah, married her sweetheart and focussed on being a professional mother and the CEO of their growing family while her husband completed his education. They had many adventurous years of active duty service in the US Army, allowing them to travel to our beautiful country and befriend many wonderful people. JoLynn developed a great love for yoga and was naturally drawn to becoming a teacher. After moving to the beautiful town of St. George, she earned her 200-hour teacher training certification from Fahrenheit Yoga and a 300-hour teacher training through Shanti Yoga. Today, she is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher! In an effort to continue her education, JoLynn has also earned a certification in teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates through Balanced Body. JoLynn enjoys continued learning about anatomy, functional movement, and healthy living. When she is not teaching yoga and pilates, she usually spends time hiking, biking, and enjoying the beautiful southwest with her family. JoLynn will tell you that her favorite part of life is being a mother and grandmother!
Meet Our Instructors
Sunhee Frampton
Sunhee Frampton was born in Seoul, Korea. Little did she know, she would eventually travel across the ocean to become a successful business owner of multiple companies in the U.S.. Ten years ago, she found yoga to help her overcome the challenges of being a Korean woman executive and a single mother of six children. Now her love for yoga, meditation, and Buddha teachings continue to grow, as does her desire to explore mindful yoga practice as a teacher. She is a 200-hour level, Experienced Registered Yoga Alliance member and teaches yoga at Dixie State University as well as at Sun Rock Yoga.
Camille zolman
Hi! I’m Camille. I’m here to introduce you to yoga and a wholehearted way of living your life. Teaching loving, down-to-earth people is what I do best. I’ve been a student of yoga since 2013. Yoga helps me stretch my soul creatively, feel love for the world we live in, and has brought lifelong friendships into my life. I want these things for you and am excited to be able to share the blessing of yoga with all my students. I’ve traveled to Indonesia for the past several years to study Mysore Ashtanga with Prem and Radha Carlisle who are direct students of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. I love Ashtanga yoga, it teaches me the discipline, strength, and flexibility I need to better my vinyasa and restorative practices as well as better my life.

Ryan Bean
Ryan Bean is an acrobat performer and Yoga instructor. Ryan received his 200 and (2) 300 Hour yoga trainings in the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India. Ryan teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Budokon, Ashtanga, Power yoga and his style of yoga called Vortex Yoga. Incorporating Meditation, Sound Journey Healings, Pranayama and trauma sensitive practices along accessible and inclusive yoga into each class. Partner Yoga and AcroYoga are at the core of his style and he may include these fun elements into a class to help emphasize community and trust within the group. Ryan brings a unique style, incorporating the traditional and spiritual practices of yoga learned in the ashrams of India with the playful acro practice. Ryan’s classes are a mixture of spiritual, playful, flow, and guided asanas to help you grow and work toward alignment.
Heather Taylor
Heather grew up in Orem Utah where she learned the art of dance and danced competitively for many years. Throughout her life, she has continued to share her love of dance as an instructor in Orem UT, El Paso TX, and now in the beautiful red hills of St George. As a competitive dance instructor, she has learned the importance of maintaining good health, building strength, and having body awareness in our everyday movements. Heather is also a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher with Balanced Body. She is constantly learning new things in fitness and we are grateful she is sharing her knowledge at Sun Rock teaching Barre and Pilates. In her free time, Heather enjoys hiking the many trails that surround us. She also loves to travel and explore our amazing world. Heather can often be found in the wonderful world of Disney:) Her greatest treasure is her family! Heather’s greatest treasure is being a Grandmother!
Sadie Best
Hello, I am Sadie, I started practicing yoga in 2012 after battling recurring running injuries. Yoga was the maintenance my body was missing, and I immediately knew I wanted to teach yoga to others. The stars finally aligned in 2019 and I completed my 200-hour power flow teacher training through ChandaYoga. I believe there is an energy that connects our minds, bodies, and spirits to the world around us and yoga is how I explore this energy. I am excited to help you discover and expand your yoga practice, namaste.
Chelise Baird
Chelise discovered yoga in 2004 as a runner and avid hiker. At first, she recognized the many physical benefits of yoga, but soon she got hooked to the mental, spiritual, and physiological aspects of regular practice. She’s a mama to four kids, a wife, and she considers herself a lifelong student of yoga. She is certified to teach Hatha yoga and loves to incorporate elements of breath, power vinyasa, body awareness, mindfulness, and meditation in her classes. Her goal is to help others experience grace, peace, delight, and connection through the practice of yoga.
Leah Roberts
Hello, I’m Leah! I am a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor. I’ve been teaching in the Sun Rock Yoga studio since November of 2022.
I love all types of yoga! You’ll often find me teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Mindful Flow, Shanti Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, and Flexibility Yoga ✨
When I’m not teaching yoga, I’m often working at my digital marketing business, writing, reading, hiking, or hanging out with my partner and our seven pets! Yes, that’s correct – four cats & three dogs! I can’t wait to meet you!
Rachel Riley
Rachel grew up in Southern California and moved to St George in 2013 with her husband and 3 children. After several years of personal yoga practice Rachel became a certified Yoga Alliance instructor in 2020 and currently has over 400 hours of training. She completed her most recent training at Sun Rock Yoga and had an incredible experience where she met amazing friends. Rachel currently works as a nurse at Southwest Spine and Pain and uses her medical knowledge to deepen her practice and teaching. Aside from the physical benefits of yoga, Rachel has personally experienced how yoga can promote emotional and mental wellness. She is excited to be a part of your yoga journey and practice with you!

Hi, my name is Ellen!
I am a 200 RYT and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years.
My approach to yoga is a balance between physical strength and mental flexibility. Yoga helps me share my passion for physical and spiritual wellness.
Lisa Rouse
Lisa grew up dancing and performing which led to her career in fitness and health. She has been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years and became a student of yoga in 2005. She fell in love with yoga as a form of self-care connecting the body, mind, and spirit. Lisa earned her 200hr yoga teacher training through Sunrock and has almost 10 years of experience teaching barre with the Dailey Method in Chicago. She is a recent transplant from Chicago and enjoys the beauty and hiking of southern Utah. Look for Lisa’s yoga, barre, and myofascial foam rolling classes on the schedule. She has a passion for guiding people toward a path of health and all-around wellness. She will be thrilled to have you join her classes.

Hey there, I’m Julie, or Jules to my friends! I’ve been exploring yoga since 2020 and embraced its tranquility. With a bustling family life – 10 kids, 40 grandkids, and 8 great-grandkids – and a history in business, I’ve now found my calling as a certified 300-hour yoga teacher.

Tessa Poulsen
Hi my name is Tessa!
I originally started practicing yoga in college to help me in long-distance running. Then life got busy… I fell back in love with the practice during the pandemic and while I was taking a break from being a medical provider to move to Southern Utah and be more present with my kids. Yoga has helped me be a better mother and surprisingly helped me recover from some spinal nerve injuries. I became certified to teach and started teaching at Sun Rock in the summer of 2022. I appreciate the opportunity to help others use yoga in their own lives for physical, mental and spiritual healing.
Cassie Bowman
Hello, I’m Cassie, a 500 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with a comprehensive 500-hour Pilates training background. Passionate about holistic health and wellness, I find joy in the realms of music, art, and the great outdoors. Sharing life’s moments with my beloved husband is where my heart truly finds happiness.
Nan Glauser
Nan is a dedicated Kundalini Yoga teacher, certified with 200 hours and currently pursuing a 500-hour certification. Drawn to the practice’s transformative magic, Nan’s journey began in a single class that ignited her soul. This experience led her to embrace teaching, driven by a deep love for life and an urge to share the practice. With 30 years in the St. George area, Nan has nurtured a strong bond with her community, complemented by her role as a mother to 8 and grandmother to 12. Her classes echo her nurturing spirit, creating a welcoming space for students to rediscover themselves. Nan Glauser’s teaching mirrors her belief in the wonder of existence, guiding others on their paths to self-discovery.
Erin
Erin began her yoga journey in 2008 when she started practicing yoga, which led her to become a certified 200-hour yoga instructor. She has taught Hatha and Restorative Yoga. A few years later she fell in love with Kundalini Yoga. It has
had a profound impact on her life and she has been a certified KRI Level 1 teacher since 2018. In addition to teaching yoga, she is a licensed Mental Health Counselor with a focus on Internal Family Systems Therapy. She feels blessed to be able to use her knowledge in both areas to guide individuals to find the truest version of themselves.

Amanda is a new yoga teacher with a deep passion for guiding others on their journey to wellness. Her teaching style blends mindfulness, strength, and flexibility, creating a space where students can explore their practice safely. With a focus on alignment and breath awareness, Amanda strives to cultivate a nurturing environment for students of all levels. She believes in yoga’s transformative power to heal both body and mind, and she is dedicated to helping her students find balance and inner peace through their practice.

Abby Larkin
Abby Larkin is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who loves teaching yoga for its ability to connect the body and mind. She is currently pursuing a degree at Utah Tech University. Outside of yoga, Abby enjoys running & training for races, traveling, and spending time outdoors, and taking on new adventures with her loved ones.
Cynthia Garner
I was hit by a car as a pedestrian back in 1999. This is how I found yoga, to help in my healing process. I definitely fell in love with yoga for life and have been teaching since 2000.
I completed my 200 hour training at Sun Rock Yoga and my 300 hour training at Shanti Yoga Training School. I also completed Level 1 teacher training at Baptiste Power Yoga Institute.
I love to help others and share this amazing life changing practice. Come practice yoga with me!
Mickell westbrook
Mickell is a 500+ hr comprehensively trained Pilates instructor. She is passionate about loving and honoring our bodies and working to improve overall health naturally. She loves teaching and practicing Pilates. Outside the studio, Mickell loves being a busy mother to her 5 children, hiking, biking, and anything to do with water & being in the mountains.
Michelle Sullivan
Having been born and raised in St. George, Michelle has a tremendous love for Southern Utah and truly appreciates the natural beauty of the area. Michelle loves being outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, biking, especially with her family. Being the mother of seven children and an increasing number of grandchildren Michelle has devoted her life to her family which she cherishes above everything else! As an avid runner Michelle completed 5 marathons and multiple other races. As her running and active lifestyle took its toll on her she discovered yoga and the many benefits both mentally and physically that it offers. She quickly gained a love for yoga, became a certified instructor and lives each day to share the joy of yoga and encourage others to join in her journey of service and self-improvement.
