60 minute Therapeutic Breathwork and Meditation.

Breathwork helps you feel relaxed and comfortable, it has helped thousands of people in alleviating their negative emotions, and breathwork training can also improve your health by increasing oxygenation and circulation of blood throughout the body. This session is combined with meditation to quiet the mind, promoting a more relaxed state of awareness.
