Spring is a time of cleansing, clearing, renewal, and rebirth – both within ourselves and within our lives. Join us for an evening of renewal and celebration of Spring in a practice including a variety of yoga techniques such as Kriya, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and finally a Kirtan.
Kirtan is an elevating and heart opening experiences of chanting mantras in a call and response manner. Sing, dance raise your vibration, and clear away any obstacles.
