Budokon Full Primary Series
With ryan bean
saturday, October 26th
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Budokon style yoga is a modern yoga style which unites the ancient tradition of self inquiry with modern mixed movement. Considered a science, art and philosophy which synchronizes classical yoga with, martial arts, calisthenics, animal locomotion and life science, this physically demanding style reshaped modern yoga by rejecting the qualities of a yogi as defined by the yoga sutras, in place of more contemporary constructs of morality, spirituality and discipleship. The style was created as a conditioning practice for movers of all types seeking the highest level of agility, mobility, stamina, and strength.

BREATH
We are always breathing. Yet, we are mostly unaware of its tremendous potential or how much your body needs oxygen to heal and function properly. Heightened oxygen levels hold a treasure trove of benefits, and the specialized breathing techniques you’re about to learn unearth them all: more energy, reduced stress levels, and an augmented immune response that swiftly deals with pathogens.
COLD
The cold is your warm friend and one of the key pillars of health. Proper exposure to the cold starts a cascade of health benefits including the buildup of brown adipose tissue and resultant fat loss, reduced inflammation that facilitates a fortified immune system, balanaced hormone levels, improved sleep quality, and the production of endorphins – the feelgood chemicals in the brain that naturally elevate your mood.
HERE’S THE DEAL
Breathwork and cold exposure will change your life and we are inviting you to out breath and ice bath workshop.
