What should i expect?
Consistency in our classes, with each following the descriptions given. The temperature will be on the warmer side of room temperature to allow the body to stretch and open. The Power classes will be even warmer with the students body heat. Prepare to be challenged.
All students of all levels are always welcome.
What should i wear?
Wear clothing you are comfortable in. We suggest clothes that are somewhat tight fitting so that they stay put.
What Should I Bring?
Bring a yoga mat and water (to hydrate before and after). A towel may be needed for Power Yoga.
If you don’t have one:
Mat rental = $5
Water = $2
Studio Etiquette
Arrive early. Keep the yoga room a quiet space. Refrain from wearing strong perfumes and lotions. The studio door will be locked once class begins.
When Should I Arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first visit to fill out the information sheet and liability waiver. We suggest settling into the room before class so you are ready to go at the start of class. For respect to the other students and to keep the energy of the room, no late comers will be allowed in.
