Mindful Flow
Harmonize your mind, body, and soul during Mindful Flow– a slower-paced class that allows you to be intentional with your body placement while moving through postures. Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair or standing next to the chair for support, allowing for greater confidence and depth in each pose. Build strength, gain flexibility and improve balance. Each class ends with postures on the mat to release muscle tension, leaving you completely at ease and relaxed. Open to all levels.
Fusion Classes
Our Fusion classes offer a fun combinatin of Yoga, Pilates, and Barre to stretch and strengthen your entire body. With a strong focus on the muscles of the core you will build strength from your center which is incredibly stabilizing and balanced. You will be strengthened and empowered by these challenging classes!
Barre
Barre class focuses on targeting individual muscle groups by using very specific, small movements. These small movements will quickly fatigue the muscle which leads to strengthening, toning, and reshaping your body. Get ready for an amazing workout!
Sunrise Yoga
Wake up and go! Sunrise Vinyasa will get your day started in the very best way as you create heat, find balance and build strength. Sunrise Vinyasa will help you move from one posture to another seamlessly. Focus on your breathwork via deep stretching, and get energized with this powerful flow. Enjoy the lovely pose of Savasana in the morning and begin your day with clarity.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that can be traced back to 5000 BCE. If you’re seeking a more spiritual practice mixed with a challenging workout, Kundalini is a great choice, as it emphasizes breathwork, chanting, and meditation!
Mindful monday
This class is designed for you to start your week feeling centered and grounded. Breathwork and Meditation are the focus of this class accompanied with some gentle movement, light stretching, and supported yoga postures. You will leave this class with a feeling of bliss and a readiness for the week ahead.
Vinyasa Flow
Get serious about detoxifying your mind. You will be invigorated during our Vinyasa Flow as you link your breath with each movement. As we move from one pose to the other you will build strength, find balance and work toward greater flexibility. With each breath and movement, you will not only feel a great physical release but also an emotional awareness. We end each class in the pose of Savasana to allow for greater stillness and meditation.
Budokon Yoga
Budokon Yoga synchronizes classical yoga with martial arts, calisthenics, and animal locomotion. The style was created as a conditioning practice for movers of all types seeking the highest level of agility, mobility, stamina, and strength. The foundation of this style is the Budokon Yoga Primary Series. This series consists of 7 sections of slow and controlled flowing movements designed to improve mobility, agility, flexibility, and strength. These techniques are learned through repetition and precision, the emphasis being on the transitions from posture to posture. The purpose of this class is to gain muscular strength, cardiovascular stamina, and joint mobility.

Yoga foundations classes are perfect for those who are new to yoga, or for those who are looking to brush up on the basics! These classes move at a slower pace and focus on alignment and proper form, as well as breath work, and meditation.
